With the launch of their new website for 2014/15, we focused on increasing and improving customer experience and user engagement. To achieve this we first of all introduced a dietary analyser that visitors can use to make their gelato orders based on a set of clever dietary filters. Google Maps is then utilised for a delivery search based on their postcode!
The new website also features an e-commerce solution for customised cake orders. Customers can easily build their favourite cake through a well designed and easy to use ordering process. Gift vouchers, gelato making classes and a wide variety of gelato related items are also available. All of this is possible through an order management and job ticketing system that Spark integrated into the main website.
