Spark was given the task to create an industry-standard capability statement that reflects Link Mechanical’s branding and specialised services.  Spark used elements of the logo to help build the overall brand and feel for the capability statement. Adding in the classic blue and red color scheme, curved edges and the logo itself as an accent piece. This had created a clean, yet bold capability statement that would not overwhelm the reader.

The critical part of this project was ensuring that all pages fit their required information, alongside with the designated branding. Link Mechanical’s HVAC capabilities could not be hidden away from the visuals, nor overload the reader with small text. We balanced this by using clear and large images to negate white space, and to minimise adding small images throughout.

Upon receiving their capability statement, Link Mechanical was elated to have it fully completed and ready for their use with future tender submissions.
