EOT Collective supply towels and End of Trip facilities to more than 50 commercial buildings – around 12,000 towels a week, collected, laundered and replaced on a schedule the building never has to think about. It’s a service defined by consistency, and consistency is a difficult thing to advertise.
They came to us with a service that was already working and a digital presence that didn’t reflect it. The task wasn’t to invent a brand. It was to make an existing standard visible before a facilities manager ever picked up the phone.
The Challenge: Proving Reliability Before Anyone Picks Up the Phone
The people who buy End of Trip services are property managers, facilities teams and building owners. They are not browsing. They have a building with showers and bike storage, a tenant expectation to meet, and a shortlist of suppliers to compare.
That audience reads a website as evidence. A generic template signals a generic operator, and in a category where the whole promise is “this will be handled properly”, looking unconsidered is a commercial problem rather than an aesthetic one.
The second challenge was breadth. EOT Collective don’t only supply towels — they also offer partner products, including amenities from social enterprise Two Good Co. and Fresher Breath Stations. Those needed room to be understood on their own terms without splintering the main proposition.
Building the Foundation: Restraint as a Strategy
We took the site monochrome. Off-white, near-black, and nothing else.
That was a strategic decision rather than a stylistic one. The category is full of colour: brochureware blues, stock photography of smiling staff, gradients doing the work that copy should. Removing colour entirely does two things: it signals confidence, and it clears the way for the photography.
The imagery is the argument. EOT Collective’s facilities are genuinely handsome dark concrete, warm strip lighting, stacked white towels and the site now presents that photography at full width and lets it hold the page. To reinforce it, images sit in greyscale and warm into colour as you scroll, so the one moment of warmth in the whole design belongs to the product.

Typography carries the rest: Manrope for display, set large and tight, with generous space around it. The layout gives every section room to breathe, which is the closest a website can get to conveying “nothing here is rushed”.
The Considered Touch: Details That Signal Care
The detail work is where a premium service either holds up or falls over.
The site leads with EOT Collective’s own numbers rather than adjectives – 50+ properties serviced, 12,000+ towels delivered weekly, 24/7 responsive support, 100% outsourced and managed. Specifics do the persuading that “quality service” never will.
The partner products each got a dedicated page with its own enquiry path, so someone arriving to ask about Fresher Breath Stations isn’t routed through a general contact form and lost.
And because a launch is more than a website, we carried the same design language through the rest of the toolkit: a proposal deck built to be reused per building, and an installable email signature so every outgoing message looks like the brand.

The Outcome: A Complete Toolkit, Live and Working
The site is live at eotcollective.com.au.
It’s fast, fully responsive, and built so a facilities manager can request a proposal from any page in a couple of taps. The proposal deck template means every pitch that follows looks like it came from the same company as the website. The email signature closes the loop on the everyday touchpoints nobody remembers to design.

What we’d point to as the real result isn’t a metric – the site is new, and we’d rather report real numbers later than invent them now. It’s that EOT Collective can now send a link instead of an explanation. The standard they hold in their operations is finally legible in about four seconds of scrolling, which is all the time a shortlist ever gets.
